Macro and Micro

Can someone let me know what Macro and Micro nutrients are used by aquarium plants? Any information in regards to this, generic or specific, would be greatly appreciated.

Your basics are N,P,K, and trace. I dose KNO3, K2SO4, and CSM+B. PO4 would be the P, but I've not started dosing that (though I need to).

Yesterday my numbers were:
Ca = 176ppm
Mg = 18ppm
Sulfate = 71ppm
Total FE = 1.35ppm
K = 15ppm
Cl2 = 158ppm
BiCarbs = 154ppm
I haven’t dosed in about a week and a half. I haven’t been checking the Phosphorus but I will start if I have the proper range.
