Hell’o all. New member here. Hope I’m posting in the right place. So I need to keep my bio filter going with out fish for a undetermined amount of time. Not sure the best way of doing that. Tank background. Freshwater 36 gallon running for 13 mounts. With good results. I have rehouse all fish after mail ordering incomparable stock. I was told they would ship 12/30 overnight. Fish was removed 12/30. That same day at 11pm I received an email saying my shipment was delayed until they are restocked. So I find out at 11pm the night before I was to receive new fish there not shipping. With a wasted day off today 12/31. Trying to figure out what I should do. Any help is appreciated

Just keep your media wet and oxygenated. Bacteria will survive for weeks and months, not an issue.

Thanks. That’s good to know. Surprising but good.
