I got some mangroves for my refugium but I don't know which way they go. LOL

Do I put the reddish end in the water and leave the greenish/black end in the air? Or is it reversed?

Thanks guys :)

You probably already know but I figured id just throw it out there.

They are a sensitive plant and they also like very high light

Let me know how it goes sonewhere on here because I would love to grow some of my own!!

Ity's only been a week and change and I have little bits of growth. They are awful small though, I got 5 for $5 from reefcleaners. i had to jimmy rig them so that the tops stay out of water. :)

You will have to mist the part that sticks out of the water with freshwater every few days as well

They look like they are starting to sprout, but I'm n0t very good with any kind of plant so I'm not optimistic.
