Metronidizole on otos and glasscats?

Hope i have the right section to post. Can you dose metronidizole for heximita on otos and glasscats? I have an outbreak in my betta sorority and don't know if the cats can handle the medication. Nerites as well.

I dont know if it will kill them. They are still alive but seem to breath fast and have red in the gills?
 
I havent dosed the glasscats or otos. I did feed bloodworms dipped in metronidizole but not sure if the glasscats got a hold of them or not (originally betta sorority, theyve all been taken out)
 
I can't see a problem for those fish (as per dosing instructions). If you notice them looking much worse that night, would maybe do a water change (have to treat though so..).
