Yep asterina star, tend to stay the size of a pencil eraser.

Yup. Nothing to worry about unless you see tons of them.

They do eat algae and coraline algae, some go crazy and crawl around on sps when that happens they end up in the sump to live out their days. I have only had a couple that did that,
