Mini tube worms?

On the rock you can see these little white tubes and they have these tiny little pink feather duster heads sticking out. Is that what they are? The tubes were there but these guys just showed up yesterday.

As I was testing my water just now one popped out and was floating around. He went behind some of the rock. Is this how they move or how they die?

They sometimes detach if it's not to their liking or the current is to strong for them.

They look like feather dusters, they won't harm anything. Just regular ol' filter feeders
