Mislabeled frogs at LFS DOH!!

I have been looking for Dwarf Clawed Frogs for awhile now, so today when I go to Petsmart and see tiny frogs I got really excited. I forgot which frogs had webbed front feet and didn't think of looking it up on my phone. I came home with African Clawed Frogs! OOPS! I have had these big guys before when I was in high school and I do like them but I was hoping for the dwarves to go in my Betta tank. Now I will have to get another tank and set it up just for frogs.


Lesson learned- never trust labels at fish stores. Know what you are buying before you purchase it!

I could but I feel bad for the little guys. I really don't mind Clawed Frogs as I had about 6 of them for 10 years but I just wasn't expecting to have to set up a new tank. Oh well. I learned my lesson.
