mite like bugs in my brackish water aquarium!

I was cleaning my fish tank when i netted this bug up from the gravel any idea what it is, are they safe for my fish?

It sort of looks like a dragonfly daphnia but I'm not positive about that....I would take it out just incase though

Ive just looked them up and it looks exactly like it no idea how it got in there though thanks x

No problem...and if that is what it is I would be careful because I'm pretty sure they can hurt smaller fish...which it doesn't seem like you have any of

Ive got rid of that one though and thouroughly searched the gravel ill just check again in a week or soo
