Can Mollies and platys breed with each other? The reason I ask is that I have two female albino Mollies, and two male red platys, and they spend a lot of their time enjoying each others company.

Mollies and platies cannot crossbreed, the Molly is of the Poecilia family and the Platy is of the Xiphophorus family. They stay within the groups.
However, guppies and Mollies can crossbreed but the likely hood of fry survival is slim.
