Moon light lunar light usage

I recently upgraded to a corallife high output lunar led. It has moon light bulbs on it in addition to the regular bulbs. What is the purpose of this type of bulb and what kind of cycle do I run it? I run the other lights on an 8 and a half hour on cycle.

Moon lighting is for night viewing only. They Have no affect on the lighting cycle. I leave my on 24 hours so when my other lights go out the moon lights are on
