Moving Nerite Snail eggs to brackish tank

If I moved freshly laid Nerite eggs to an established brackish tank (only has other small snails in it) would they hatch?

Or would the eggs need to be laid in the brackish tank?

Currently, I have Nerite eggs all over my 75 gallon freshwater community tank. I am thinking about trying to move some freshly laid eggs, by moving the drift wood or leaf they are laid on, into a small 2.5 gallon brackish tank. Would these eggs have a chance of hatching?

I think they would but they would need to be fertilized.

Look at the paragraph below the second picture. You would need nerites of both genders. If you have multiple nerites, I would give it a shot.
