Moving rock with fish/shrimp

Hi all, I have a relatively new tank...up since Feb 1st. Arranged the rock how I thought I wanted it, but now see that it needs improvement for flow. What is the best and safest way to rearrange with fish and shrimp already in the tank? I do not have a QT to place them in. Suggestions please

I move my stuff around all the time. LOL I do it with the fish in the tank. Now if you were breaking down the entire tank that's be a different story. I'd just be real careful and go slow. In fact, I may be re arranging sruff in my tank later too.

Depending on how much rearranging, you may want to get some tubs (BRUTE 10 or 20 gallon) to hold some stuff from the tank while you are re-arranging. Just mix up some salt a day before and temp/SG match.
