Aquarium Advice Apprentice
I am moving to Misawa, Japan (northern tip of Honshu Island) in September. I have decided I cannot part with my 150 gal Freshwater Planted tank, so I am taking it with me. When I set it back up over there, I want to move into High Light and Pressurized CO2
My dilemma is this:
Do I buy a Co2 cylinder now while in the US?
if I do, will I be able to fill it over there?
I figure if I can still fill it there, the regulator doesnt matter...as long as I can get Co2.
I also need a better light. I have a 4ft light that used CF bulbs...anyone with a recommendation on brand and size of T5HO light fixture? My tank is 18" high and I want to be in a high light category. Do I need a 60" light? Is 320 watts sufficient for this?
Any other help is appreciated...is there anything else I need to consider with this move (fish tank wise)?
