Try-na, it looks like a Dicrossus filamentosus (checkerboard dwarf cichlid) to me.

It is a checkered board. I do weekly WC and just add liquid fert bi-weekly. I have a lot of sword, banana plants. I don't have a fake plant in there. Live is the best way to do. Love my little puffers, there's a total of 6, 4 different kind of rams, 6 different kind of rainbows and a albino clawed frog.
