Hi everyone im new here I have a question my well all my gold fishes scales are falling each fish have several missing and their very active, look normal not sick amn.levels are 0 nitrates the same 0 water temp 75_82 is it ick or just the fake plants n the aquarium. Please help

Hi! We need some more information in order to be able to help! Tank size? Filtration? Number of goldfish/type of goldfish? Water change schedule (%/#wk)? Exact numbers for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & ph? What are you using to test (liquid or strips)? How long has the tank been setup? Thanks!
