Is your tank cycled or still cycling? Looks like all 0s for Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate.

I have 1 month with it but when I had moved I used the same water and the last owner told me it was still cicled but I was worry becose I have like 15 fishes

Well, ammonia and nitrite levels are good. Cycled tanks usually show some level of nitrate though. Was this test done after a water change, or do you have live plants?

It was before water change and I have some plants but are like dying I got plant gro is a fertilizer but its not working I dont know why
