Mystery shrimp?

Hey folks, I have a few red cherry shrimp in my community tank and saw this wee guy tonight. I've been watching to see if I can get a better picture but so far this is the best I can get. He seems the same size as my older rcs so I'm a bit confused. Any thoughts on what he is?

That brown looking one??? It could just be a different color variant

Actually that's more of their true color. Any colored Neos are actually purposely bred variants.

That's why it's advised not to mix different color Neos so you won't get browns.

Natural coloration. I'd remove it from your breeding stock if you want Rcs.

Looks like a tiger shrimp.
