Name that spot?

Woke up this morning with an odd dot on my Rd looks blister like most likely ick? Just looking for a second opinion right above is tail on his top fin pretty easy to spot

I cant really see it or im not looking close enough but ich looks like grains of white sand.
*edit* i can see it and looks alittle big for ich.
