If you have small fish now, then I would suggest that you get a small Naso Tang, let them grow up together. I have a Naso Tang, he is about 5-1/2" long now. they can get pretty big.
As for the Naso versus the Blonde Naso?.......No difference really, just that one is a blonde..LOL, and of course the cost. The Blonde Naso will command more money because it is different and not as available (at least in my area).
As Lando said, both are reef compatible. I have mine in a reef tank. Mine loves Mysis shrimp and dried seaweed strips. They also have quite a personality.
