From my understanding you can get away with just NO lights. Coraline should still grow but it wont be enough for really anything besides algae and fish.
Welcome to AA.com! For a FOWLR tank, you can get by fine with NO lighting. A 72g is a 4' tank...right? Can't remember for sure. If so, a couple of 40w bulbs...one daylight and one actinic should give you decent coraline growth. If you wanted just a little more, you could go with a couple of 65w PC's.
