I've recently noticed that one of my harlequin rasboras was looking quite fat; not plump, but an enlarged belly protruding downward.

I figured there were 3 possibilities:
1) "She" was full of eggs. Didn't look like egg-carrying harlequins I was able to google.
2) My fish was constipated.
3) My fish might have a nematode infection.

I decided that I would stop feeding my fish for a couple of days in a row, then feed them fresh peas. That way, if my fish was constipated, the blockage should be taken care of.

After a couple of days without food, my fish looked suddenly quite gaunt and not as active as the others. I now suspect a nematode infection.

I've quarantined the fish to my hospital tank for now, but I need to try a medication that is known on the boards to work well. Suggestions?
