Bt I read in somewhere that mayan cichlids, and some few other kind of cichlids can handle both fresh and brackish kind of water.
 
Wow. Just checked this guy orange chromide. Awesome golden yellow coloured cichlid. I have never seen this buddy in my LFS. Wish to hav 1. Ha ha
