Nerite eggs hatching?

I have a zebra nerite and horned nerite. First can these mate? I didn't think they could.
Second I know nerites need brackish water to hatch their eggs but some of these appear to be hatched.
At least half these little dots looked popped open. Could this be possible or is something maybe munching on them like a ghost or cherry shrimp? Or even another snail? I'm perplexed.
