new 45 gallon corner tank

so this is my new tank i got off of craigslist its a 45 gallo corner tank with a 10 gallon i believe sump its got pfs in it and 30 lbs or rock so far to start with. and 3 peppermint shrimp.

That looks pretty cool

I had a FW corner aquarium years ago that was right around 45g too, but had three distinct front sides to it, not rounded like that. I much prefer the rounded shape of yours! I enjoyed, it definitely saved a little space, but gave some kinda weird viewing angles.

Do you open those blinds much on the windows right behind it? Do you think that might cause problems with algae build up from too much sunlight though?

no i almost never open them so i dont suspect that it could cause an algea problem so far my biggest problem is what to stock it with haha i know i want clowns and some type of goby and lots of inverts but thats it

Okay, cool. Shouldn't be a problem though.

Figuring out stocking for a new tank is always a challenge, but at least it's a fun challenge!
