Plants... i have less than 2wpg in my tank and i have Java Fern and a lot of Anarchis. I would definitely suggest the java fern and maybe Java Moss if you can find it. I have a banana plant to that really stands out and is growing pretty good. I didn't have much luck with amazon swords..

I would wager that the poll is going to be completely lopsided in favor of plants. You could not have a better nitrifying system in freshwater and fish love them.
