I have been running my new tank now for 5 weeks! Week one and two I was having ammonia readings of around 1, with no nitrite and nitrate! Week 3 my ammonia went down to .5 with a small reading of nitrite! Week 4 and 5 i have readings of .5 still on ammonia and no nitrite and about 20 on the nitrate! I know that to get that nitrate things must be changing in the tank! But I can't seem to get rid of this .5 on ammonia!!!! My water out the tap is ammonia free! And I only have 4 little danios and don't over feed!!! Any tips!?!?
