New fish identification please hep

Can someone tell what type of fish this is. I just picked two of these up at the LFS and the guy there had a heavy asian accent and all I could get out of it was tetra

I don't think it is a rosy barb, maybe an odessa barb?

When I first looked I thought it was a young tiger, I never heard of an Odessa but after looking up a pic it does look like that
