New fish- Rainbow Panchax (2)

I recently added these 2 fish to my tank and one now has turned a grayish/black color on the rear portion of it's body and is having trouble swimming. It also lays on the bottom most of the time. What could this be?

Haha! Ok, I was confused there for a minute. I thought Jimmy was having a convo with himself.....
Anyway, is the brownish on his body or fins?
