New fish tank owner

Hi I am a new fish tank owner is having a125 L fresh water tropical tank is have 4 angles and 2 sliver shark's and 6 plait and there are white bits floating around the tank please can someone tell me what causes it and how to get rid of it thanks

Everything looks pretty clean so I think just detritus and should eventually get caught by filter.

If you had driftwood (or maybe some open-air HOB filters) could be fungal. If it is increasing quite a bit could be a bacterial bloom.

Normal detritus would be my first thought though. My tank gets a bit after a water change or feeding and clears after several hours. Filter inlets at tank base and detritus at top of tank can struggle to remove it.

Forgot to ask if tank is cycled? New tanks can take some time to settle eg substrate. Seachem clarity may help.
