Hey all glad to be apart of this and help grow my knowledge. My name is Cole and I’ve been fishing keeping for about 2 years. I currently only running a 20 gallon tall. I’m in the progression of starting a ten gallon hoping to get pea puffers. I do have a question for anyone taking the time to red this. I’ve recently got some beginner plants. I purchase them off of eBay but none of them had roots so I planted the stems about an inch into the substrate. It’s been 3 days now and it seems like they are dying off. I know they will wither a bit but i don’t know the extent that they will do this. If anyone has advice thank you.

That doesn't look good at all. Do you fertilize your tank at all, might help.
