New pond

It's started a new pond small
With 4 goldfish
3 small ( 3 inch )
1 big ( 7/8 inch)
I want to know will elodea and water sprite grow in this pond it's quit cold now( no freezing)
I live in Melbourne

elodea will for sure, although its also likely to be food for those goldfish as they get bigger. I hope its not too small, as those goldfish will get quite large over the summer and will quickly need a fairly large body of water.
