So...someone in my house wants to play savior to a few fish they found at work! From what I understand so far there is 4 blood parrot cichlids (2 with tails, 2 with out), 2 clown loaches, and I'm not quite sure how many...but there are also some emperor tetras (and maybe neons)...this is all in 50g...he wants a 125g...what do you guys suggest?! Thanks guys...as always, you're the best!!

Maybe even a 150gal tank might be better because the clown loaches can get to around 30cm long. Also the Blood Parrots beer territories and will fight unless they get it. The emperor tetras are also very active fish and need some room to swim around in. Have fun with this because it will be awesome

Ya...I was thinking 125 sounded a little small too...shoot! I know this project is gonna be a long winded one...but thought I should get advice early! :)

I might also be able to put the emperors in my 50g...there is still a lot of room in it...I'm worried about stunting the clowns though :( woe is me...lol

I agree, 4 parrots is a lot of fish. I know people who would love to get some full grown ones though.
