New Tank Build

After a very long search for a new/used tank I've decided to have one built by a local aquarium builder. I'll be going with a glass tank as a large acrylic tank would just cost too much. I've choosen to go with a large square tank just to be different as well as due to space limitations. The tank will be 36"W x 36"D x 30"H. I wanted to go 36" high as well but that wouldn't fit through my front door. Per the builder,` the tank should hold 167 gallons. I'll post some pics once it's built.

Any thoughts?

I'll continue with fresh water fish and transfer my current live stock over from my 55gal corner tank( as well as add more fish). Still working on ideas for the decor.
