Well I got it!!! Cleaned it and filled it. Unfortunately the c4 I bouhht was a dud so I have to take it back tomorrow but Im getting really excited. Now I just need to order my light so I can start plant.

And the filter works. Just had abit of substrate dust that stoppes up the impeller ots runnin great now.
