New to Cichled Tanks

In my 30 gallon tank I just placed 1 Jacob Peacock. 1 Auratus Cichlid. 1 Electrick Yellow. 1 Acei Cichlid... Will these cichlids cause any problems? Their about an inch long. They are new to the tank today.

Most definately that tank is too small for those fish.The Auratus is one of the most aggressive species of mbuna you can have in an aquarium and IMO will wreak havoc in a tank of that size.You need at least a 55 gallon 4 foot tank for those fish.

The peacock shouldn't be with mbuna either and acei need much more swim space.Ideally a 6 foot tank.

Garfy is right on the money, that mix of fish is a recipe for disaster. That tank only house smaller dwarf species like rams or Kribs.
