Nimbochromis african set up

Hi I need some advice guys , I currently have one ventus male and 2 females , I tried putting a nimbochromis fuscotaeniatus male in similar size to the other and he hid in the rocks and got bullied , is there anyway of making this work as I don't wanna get rid of him , thanks

How big is the tank, those fish get pretty large

so thats about 90 gallons, so 48inches in length. These guys all get big and with females the venustus may be too aggressive for the small footprint of that tank

Agreed you might be better off without the female until you get a bigger tank

Would you suggest removing the females and keeping the make fusco and venustus ?? Would that work ??

I don't know how will but it would increase your chances
