Noob!! Please help!

Hi I'm new here and new to the saltwater/ reef aquariums.. I have a 55gal. tank and ready to turn in to a saltwater/reef tank.. I just was wondering what do I need to start my new hobby.. Like in equipment wise.. Any info is appreciated

P.S. Can you guys put info in simplest terms

In simplest terms: good skimmer, good lighting, heater, power heads, liquid tests. Live/base rock.
