Opaline Gourami with Pop Eye

Hi, our gourami approx 6 years old suddenly got pop eye yesterday afternoon gradually getting bigger over night and this afternoon has filled with blood also at the end of one of her feelers there is a small amount of blood, does anyone know if we can treat her or if she is past help? we have a 150ltr tank.
