Can you tell me if this is a male or female opaline gourami please?

Looks like a stressed female, but it's probably a male.

Yea the camera is making him or her appear more pale than what he or she is. So you think it's probably male or female! Thanks lol

Well, I said it looks like a female because the dorsal and anal fin are rounded, which is consistent with female gouramis. The thing is, female gouramis are not very popular, at least not in my neck of the woods.

Let's wait for more advice. Someone will come along that has kept them both and will be able to tell us for sure.
