This is my first oranda and I thought it might have ich. So I've been treating for ich since Wednesday. But it's not getting better I'm wondering if it's something else? Please help!

I looked stuff up it looks like a wen growth (which I just learned what that was lol). Are these normal should I be worried and need to treat it?

Ok thanks!! I was worried bc one will fall off then another one appears. Good to know this is normal lol!!
