Cool looking brittle by the way. I have a red harlequin or fancy red serpent. Hardly see him but when I do I love watching him go to work

Thabks. I put him in my display tank. Hes hidden with a couple tentacles i can see with my flashlight. Id say i got a good deal on him considering i paid $5! Ill be getting my rainford goby tomorrow! Hope hes healthy and not too stressed from shipping. Ill update tomorrow.

I got my ranford! Hes was real tiny so i got it for $25 instead of $30. Hes acclimating now. I also picked up a bag or red gracilaria alge for $10. Looks good and maybe it will do better than my chaeto. Heres some pics!

Thanks. Yea me to hes just so tiny right now i wonder sometimes if my brittlestar or coral will eat him! I think he shares a burrow with the firefish. Hasnt came out much. But i did see him sand sifting!

Caught my brittlestar crawling out of the rockwork today. Hes a deffinate cool addition, glad i got him.

Rainfordi Goby. Its hard to get a good pic of this guy. Hes real skittish and so tiny.

He will get comfortable and be out all the time. As long as none of your other fish are picking on him.

Hey all. I have a freshwater tank that needs stocking. I'd like some opinions!! 20g with 2 Large rocks and live plants.. The bottom is lined with larger rocks/gravel.

It's been a while since I've updated. I haven't seen the firefish or rainsford goby in about a week. Dont know if they died or maybe my brittlestar got ahold of them. They did stay in the same cave. All corals are doing well except my yellow toadstool. Heres some pics i took last night.

Still no ranfirdi goby or firefish. Water params are great and im slowly getting rid of this hair algae. Thinking of getting a wrasse. Something that wont be easy food for my brittle star if hes at fault. Heres a pic of my open brain at feeding.

Got some new CUC. None of which ive ever had before but they are all pretty neat. 2 Strawberry crabs, 1 orange turbo snail, 1 bumblebee snail, and a tiger cowrie! They were all free to me though. I really like them all but im worried about the tiger cowrie. Its in my sump now. Ive heard stories of them eating zoas so ill probably be getting rid of it. Coolest snail ive possibly ever seen though!

Also im trying to find my next new fish. I have a thread open labeled 'Wrasse?'. Ive got it narrowed down to melanarus wrasse, red head solon wrasse, and exquisite wrasse. In that order. Im worried about my fav of them (melanarus) wiping out my CUC. Any suggestions?

So i got the order out for an exquisite fairy wrasse from australia (i have no idea what it will look like) and a forktail blenny. Hopefully they do well and will be my last fish. Hope they look like these pics, especially the blenny.

They should be in friday. Hope they are close to the same size of each other and play nice with the CUC. I might bring in my fancy brittle star when i get them. I think he got my firefish and rainfordi goby. They both vanished in his cave. Hes about 6-7 inches in diameter. Kinda creepy and pretty cool but i dont think i trust him anymore.
