Thank you everyone. I'm going to add some new ones on a weekly basis to photobucket, and add some favorites to here.
 
Very nice!

The 12th pic. Is that a loach? What kind? I heard they are bad with plants. Do you have any problem with it uprooting your plant or nibbling on it? Thanks :)

I was talking about the one under the leaves, facing the camera. I just searched peacock eel and it's not even close. Are you talking about the one in front of it that looks like a long leaf?
 
Not to derail the thread, but they do very well with plants. Our's love to lay on the leaves and rest and they don't dig them up.

Max size would depend on which species. Some are under an inch, some get to be about 3 inches.
