Pimple like lump on frog

I have an albino clawed frog. I have had it for about 2 years. I noticed the it has developed a pimple like lump on its hip? It has a hole on the top. He is acting normal.

cant see by the picture but I can tell you already you need to remove the ornaments and replace them with some live plants, I can see his flab (no offence lol) and im sure that can easily get caught on the ornaments. Plus im assuming your tank is around 30 to fifty gallons, (we need parameters to plz) he needs a lot of ground space.

I was planning on removing the ornaments anyway. I am not sure what you are asking for. It is a 30 gallon bow front tank.
