planaria? help!

Folks,
Hope all finds you well. I have a 3 gal Eclipse tank with Red Cherry shrimp, live plants , black sand, no fish. Went away this weekend and come home to find hundreds of small 3/8". worm like , white organisms slithering all over the tank and sand.
What is it and how do I get rid of it?

if it's planaria, just cut back on feeding and increase your gravel vacuums and water changes. might wanna google some pics of it to make certain thats what it is (cant think of anything else off hand that looks like that though)

+1 RCS don't eat much so it's really easy to overfeed.

+1 more. Planaria is very common in invert tanks. Up the water changes with vacs and reduce feeding and it'll go away.
