planning on selling fish, please help.

to start, i have 5 mollies (only 2 mature, one of each gender), a female platy, and a male swordtail. (i also have a snail and 2 plecos, but thats not important)

my mollies bread and i currently have 18 baby mollies seperated

my male mollie crossed with my platy and i currently have 11 baby "pollies" seperated, totaling 29 baby fish.

my parents are letting me set up a 10gal next to the 30 that they are currently in, and i plan on seperating the babies into this tank and selling them once they are a least the length of a dime's diameter.

i need to know if there are any legal obligations tied to this matter, or if it would just be alright to make a flyer and put it up at my local library, hoping for some business.

i dont have a creigs list, but i will see about making one.
but, would it still be legal to put a flyer up at the library?
or are there tax rules or something tied to selling them out of my home?
