Plant photoperiod during fishless cycling

What plant photoperiod do I start with during fishless cycling?
20 Gallon High
3-10watt compact fluorescent bulbs
Fixture lays right on glass canopy.
Plants:
Cabomba
Anubias Nana
Christmas Moss
Crypt Mi Oya
Sword Parviflorus 'Tropica'
Java Fern
Italian Vals
Wisteria

I have not done a fish LESS cycle but I would set them up for whatever you time period you want them on for. My lights are on 8-9 hrs per day, others go up to 10hrs per day.

During the cycle it doesn't really matter a ton, because you don't have fish. The light will help produce the BB. I leave my lights on from 9:30 to about 7. Sometimes it differs by a half hour but now much.
