So how about the anubias (sp?) and java moss?
Yeah maybe does anyone know what temperature RCS need? I was hoping to put some in my bowl when it's done
Meant RCS.
I took some soil out of a pot with a dead plant my mom was going to throw out. I was thinking I could put that in the bowl first, then the plants, and then cover the soil with gravel. What do you guys think?
Probably not if you plan to put living critters in it. You don't know what chemicals were used in the pot, also that soil might have pearlite or vermiculite in it and those are floaty. I believe this may be why organic potting soil is recommended.
On the other hand, I used clay soil that I dug up in the back yard. So I plan to only have plants in mine. ( At least for a long time. )
Adam, are you makin moonshine??? HahahaOther project
