Plants dying off help!

The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an interest in aquariums or fish keeping!

I don't have a clue on the first pic but I'm fairly certain on the 2nd and 3rd.

The second looks like a form of lloydelia. It's a nice plant but isn't true aquatic and can be hit or miss in some people's tanks. I have golden lloydelia that is growing decently.

The third pic looks a lot like broad leaf ludwigia which is a nice stem plant. not terribly difficult to grow and will turn a nice red color under bright enough light.

The last plant, I'm not sure on the species but I'm fairly certain that its a terrestrial plant and shouldn't be kept in an aquarium.
 
Pulled my plants out of substrate, most grew small roots back which is awesome considering they were totally cut off. Gonna let them float a few days then re-plant. Also picked up some more plants tonight, got another hygro, a small amazon sword
