It didn't take as long as people say it takes. But I love it and now to do the same once I have the chance to my 85G tank

I use play sand in all of my tanks. I love the way it looks and my fish love it too. It's cheap and easy to clean. I bought a 50 pound bag for $3.68 at Lowes and I use it for my (land) hermit crabs and my fish tanks.
