Please help identify

I noticed today these tentacle like things hanging out of a rock. As I'm feeding my fish I'm noticing it "grab" a brine shrimp and pull it into the hole it's in. I have no idea what it could be but I hope it's not one of those scary worms that could be a danger to my tank. Can anyone identify?

Brittle stars, harmless as far as I know, I have them all over my tank with no ill effects

Yep. Mini brittle stars. They are harmless.
